- "There is a place where the fallen and obsolete of Gamindustri drift to called the Gamindustri Graveyard. This grim spot is also said to be the residence for goddesses who have forsaken their duties to slumber and be forgotten by time."
The Gamidustri Graveyard is a landmass that appears in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 and its remake. Many events in the game take place here and is also the first landmass visited, as this is where the hearts are imprisoned and captured.
As befitting a graveyard, the landmass appears to be in a perpetual state of decay, littered with various pieces of obsolete technological remains and rundown buildings. Even the skies of the landmass fit the mood, constantly dark, and oppresive paired with violent thunderstorms.
The graveyard first appears three years prior to the present day, showing the climactic battle between the CPUs and CFW Magic. Three years later, IF and Compa then visit it, where they manage to free Nepgear, but fail to free the other CPUs.
After restoring enough shares to create some Sharicite, the party returns to the graveyard to free the Hearts. While there, they end up fighting and defeating CFW Judge, during which Nepgear gains an upgraded HDD form. After that, the party manages to free the Hearts and leaves, but are almost immediately called back when CFW Magic begins advancing her plot to revive Arfoire. She defeats the party, but they're saved when the Hearts return and fend her off.
Eventually, the party returns to the Graveyard to find and finish off Arfoire after she is inevitably revived. As per usual with final bosses, Arfoire's death causes the Graveyard to collapse around her and the party escapes before they are killed with it.
- The Gamindustri Graveyard is the only new landmass in mk2. It's also the only landmass to be completely destroyed.
- In almost every type of religion or worship there is a Heaven and a Hell, since Celestia is the Heaven then the Gamindustri Graveyard is the Hell.
- Makers representing many out of business and defunct companies reside here, such as Flight Plan and 1st Gen Compa.
