A Chirper is a method of communication that makes its first appearance in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 . Formally called the Chirper Tree, unique Gampics (in the form of chibi avatars) chirp about whatever is on their mind. Each nation has its own Branch of the Chirper Tree.
Chirper can be used to trigger in game events and also be used to learn new skills, and acquire new items/plans.
